ZENPORT Unveils “ZenMapping Automation” for “ZenMapping,” Its AI Agent for ERP Integration — Automatically Building Integration Programs from Mappings

Shortening the time it takes to build the integration programs that bring customer data into ZENPORT

Tokyo, Japan — November 6, 2026 — Zenport Inc. (Head Office: 1-9-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Fumiyuki Ota; “Zenport”) has added “ZenMapping Automation” to ZenMapping, its AI agent for ERP integration. The new feature automatically builds integration programs from field-to-field data mappings. Zenport is rolling it out in phases, starting with customers newly adopting ZENPORT and customers updating their data integrations. Integration programs no longer have to be built by hand for each trading partner and file type, so new deployments get started faster and changes can be handled more nimbly.

■ Background — Closing the Gap from Mapping Approval to a Running Integration

When data arrives in formats that differ by trading partner and by system, defining how its fields correspond to ERP data is not enough to connect it. That also takes an integration program that keeps bringing incoming data in, following the mapping.

In many companies, that build has relied on engineers implementing each integration individually. Every new trading partner or file type adds more implementation and checking, so building the integration takes time between the decision to adopt a system and the moment a company sees its own data on screen.

In ZenMapping, overhauled in August 2026, AI analyzes the structure of master data, and mappings are derived from a confirmed semantic model. This shortened the time it takes to create and verify mappings. ZenMapping Automation now shortens the time it takes to build the integration program that comes after that.

■ Overview — Integrations Built to the Mapping

ZenMapping Automation takes a mapping approved in ZenMapping and automatically builds the integration program that brings the customer’s data into ZENPORT on a regular basis.

■ Key Features

1.  Integration programs built from mappings

As trading partners and file types increase, an integration program is built automatically from each file’s mapping.

2. The mapping decides what comes in

The integration takes what is defined in the mapping as its specification. Which data goes into which field in ZENPORT is defined by the mapping that a person has approved.

3. A faster start for new deployments

For customers newly adopting ZENPORT, the time from handing over their data to seeing it running in ZENPORT becomes shorter. That is because, beyond building the mapping, which AI handles, building the integration program now proceeds automatically as well.

■  Availability

Starting November 6, 2026, ZenMapping Automation is being rolled out in phases, beginning with customers newly adopting ZENPORT and customers updating their data integrations. Zenport’s solution engineers use it during onboarding, so customers do not need to take any new action.

■  Division of Work Between People and AI

ZenMapping is designed around Human in the Loop. It is people who settle the mapping—how incoming data should be represented in ZENPORT. ZenMapping Automation takes on the work of turning an approved mapping into an integration program. People decide; ZenMapping builds. That division of work holds for building integration programs, too.

Mapping derivation and integration program build pass to ZenMapping; approval stays with people.

■   Connection to ZenRead

As integrations are built faster, customers can also start sooner using the AI agent ZenRead to translate what shipping documents say into their own items and the matching lines on purchase orders (POs). The synced ERP data—PO details, the item master, and the like—serves as the contextual data ZenRead reads documents against.

■   Data Handling

Customer data is not shared with other companies and is not used to train models.
