This feature enables users to hide orders, shipments, and their associated data as deleted items.

This feature was developed based on specific customer feedback and has been available since May 7, 2025.

Data Management Challenges

In global supply chains, numerous orders and shipments are registered and managed daily. Previously, ZENPORT allowed users to hide this data using the “Completed Status,” but data that was mistakenly created and should be deleted had to be saved under the same completed status.

As a result, users faced the following challenges:

  • Mistakenly created shipments and orders remained constantly visible
  • Accumulation of unnecessary data hindered the search for needed information
  • Extra time and effort were required for data organization and management

Enhanced Data Management Flexibility with “Deletion Status”

The new “Deletion Status” feature enables logical deletion (soft delete) of data, allowing ZENPORT users to:

  • Delete and hide shipment data
  • Delete and hide order data
  • Batch delete related information linked to the above

This enhancement enables clear differentiation from the archive function:

  • Completed: Mark completed information as “finished”
  • Delete: Hide mistakenly created information

This feature allows users to automatically reference partner information when creating documents or viewing other data on ZENPORT.

This functionality was developed based on customer feedback and has already been made available to all users.

・Invoice-related information (bank account information, bank address information, etc.)

・Elimination of system switching or inquiries for information verification
・Constant access to the latest partner information
・Improved information accuracy through centralized data management

These improvements streamline the entire business process related to partner information.

Furthermore, it is possible to link this “Partner Data Warehouse” with core systems, automatically updating partner information on ZENPORT to maintain the most current information at all times.
