This feature enhancement was developed as a standard function that enables customers to implement their individual usage methods in line with the concept of “Standardization of Customization,” which ZENPORT has been working on since the service was launched, based on customer feedback.
The enhancement has been available to all users since April 14, 2025.
What is “SmartGrid”
“SmartGrid” is a bulk data entry support function that operates on ZENPORT’s user interface “ZenGrid.” It supports the transcription of shipping document data such as invoices into “ZenGrid” by utilizing data linked to ZENPORT. It achieves business efficiency beyond Excel in terms of processing speed and usability for registering numerous shipping information.
Improving User Experience through “SmartGrid” Feature Enhancements
The following functions have been added to “SmartGrid” with the new feature enhancement:
・Multi-select function – The ability to simultaneously select and operate multiple key items such as exporters, PO numbers, and product numbers, greatly expanding the use cases
・Data filtering function – The ability to filter order and order product information by selecting data based on product name, exporter, etc., streamlining the input of order information linked to shipments being created
・Order product number search function – Direct search by order product number is now possible, speeding up information extraction from large volumes of data
